1947 - Silent, Hovering, Not Humanly Possible

Nothing like sitting on a UFO report for 66 years, right? That said, as you will see in the report - it was during a Total Lunar eclipse supposedly.... so, it's possible that the date is `off' because as you can see Here there were no Total Lunar eclipses in 47.  Yes, this is from the latest MUFON reports:

First Action: Must be an airplane. However no noise
Object Actions: Initially motionless. Star like. Then moved, silently
Object Motions: No movement initially... hovered. Then movements in straight line. followed by other movements and angular trajectory not humanly possible.
Lost Sight: The object sped off to the West, at a high rate of speed.
The total Lunar Eclipse was a memorable event to watch, but it was icing on the cake to witness a UFO event. This is reported now, though pretty old, it was before UFO's were being reported. My only hope would come from an astronomer who could pinpoint the exact date of this sighting. I think it is around the same time as Roswell N.M. or the state of Washington UFO reports of 1947 or 1946?

June 8th, 2013 My nephew and I went fishing on the IN side of the Ohio river on Saturday June 8th. We were sitting on the Nth side of the river just East of a large power plant and factory on a dirt road running adjacent to the river. At sometime around 9 pm I noticed a bright light above the KY side of the river. Jokingly, I said to my nephew that here comes a UFO and went back to fishing and didnt give the light another thought. Earlier a plane had flown over coming from that general direction and I assumed it was another plane coming from the Owensboro area. Shortly afterward, my Nephew said "what the hell is that", he was pointing at the light which was now pulsating rapidly and moving up then down but was hovering, then it moved from our SE to the E over the river. The object was maybe 1 mile away when it went over the river. The object would hover and move up and down and the light would pulsate and get very bright then dim until it just either faded out or moved directly away from us rapidly and disappeared. Needless to say we were astounded by what we had just witnessed and kept our eye on the general area where we last say it. Maybe five or ten minutes later the object reappeared in the same general area that we first saw it and this time it was over the tree line closer to the river than earlier. The object became very bright and intense and a beam of light came down and thru the trees. It didnt appear to move at this time but just hover. The object became so intensely bright that it cast a reflection on the river and you could plainly see the bright object and the beam in the reflection. This lasted maybe 1-2 minutes then the beam stopped and the object began to move from the SE toward the E. As the object moved it became dimmer and either moved directly away from us or just faded out of view. We stood there on the river bank amazed at what we saw and could not come up with a valid explanation of what we saw. We saw what might have been the same object but much farther away again maybe 5 to 10 minutes later in the same area. I would estimate the total time from the first siting to the last as at least 20 minutes. The were a few boats on the river both private and barges that we could see. This was also much closer to the Boonville Boat club which is a large area of river camps and I would think that we were not the only ones to see this object.

I was awakened by a very strange noise and the bedroom seemed to vibrate. Went to the window in our bedroom on the second floor and noted this huge darkish grey massive object over our homes. It was so strange I wondered what it was. The sky was blacked out but the edges were not. It occupied the space of almost the block of our homes. It was between one am and one thirty in the morning. There was this strange feeling. You just knew it was there. It hovered so low it scared me and then was gone in seconds. Something so large and yet so fast. The sound was not a rumble but like vibration with a extremely high pitched sound but not a wining noise. I knew it was a UFO immediately. I wasn't afraid at all, in fact I attempted to see markings on the bottom surface of the object and looked at the points and sides. It just ascended and was gone. Not even a noise . It was huge! I didn't want to tell anyone. It was just right there over us. Amazing. Not my first experience. Wondered why it was here. We live near Lake Ontario and a marshy area. I have seen things out in the lake near here as well.  NOTE: The above image is a rendering.  KEN'S NOTE: There has been talk in the UFO community that there is an underwater alien base in Lake Ontario.   According to the internet, there’s a UFO base parked right under Lake Ontario. Finally for today - I JUST found this new listing in the MUFON reports about a 1956 UFO incident: 1956 Alien Abduction

It all started in the summer of 1956. I just went side to play. I was the side of the house and I just happen to look up and see this large silent craft moving just at tree top level not making a sound .it was moving towards me slowly then stopped just over me. On the bottom of the craft there was a large plasma looking ring. It was very bright , and moved like liqiud in a clockwise direction.so I just looked up and started at it. Then while I looked up at the craft I started getting lighter. As I started to lift up I thought it was neet until I was about 10ft or so in the airtheni began to panic. Say please don, t drop me .then I passed out I guess, the next thing I rremember I am laying on this table , or it looked liked like one. There was movement all around me but everthing seem blurry. There no color to anything it was all gray. The creatures around me were a grayish color but thats all remember. There was this metal arm that came toward my face like they were going to put something in me I said to them that that would hurt me and then I heard a voice say it won, t hurt or I thought I heard it my head maybe not sure. Then all I remember was that iwas back on the ground, by the house so I went into the house I guessm by the way there was no beam of light when I was lifted up. The next morning it s

2013 - Gray's, With Thick Eyebrows - Latest MUFON Reports

Not only that, over a dozen of them; not only that - in the bedroom. Location Canada, January of this year. 15 Aliens In Bedroom

I was sleeping in my bedroom when I sensed that something/someone was looking at me, so I opened my eyes. My night light was on, so I could see clearly somewhat. At the side/foot of my bed were small, 3-4 feet in height, dark gray entities, about 15 of them. One of them was seated on the floor, one was doing a one-handed hand-stand (it looked malevolent). The others were standing, looking at me, seeming as scared of me as I was of them. They had slim, humanoid bodies, proportional heads and bodies, with not more than 10-20% body fat. Their faces were flat, I couldnt see their noses and mouths, and I couldnt see any genitals. They had the darkest, bushiest eyebrows/eyes. Composed of only 2 colors, with their bodies a dark gray, and their eyes, the darkest charcoal black. They looked like Spidermans enemy, Venom, only smaller versions. I got up, screamed,"oh my God, oh my God," ran past them (because the bedroom door was behind them) into my daughters room. When I came back about 2 minutes later, they were gone. Before this, I had never seen anything like them in my entire life.

Certainly seems like some sort of lucid dream area for sure. The  lack of `detail' within the perception of the creature description makes me wonder if that part of the perception didn't have the `time-space' to actualize/finish.

Large 'V' Shaped UFO Encounter With US Navy Nuclear Submarine

10-24-04 FLORIDA COAST

A sailor reports about the UFO sighting he had while in the Navy. "I was assigned to USS Memphis (SSN-698), Homeport - Titusville, FL. (Cape Canaveral.) Our mission was Special Assignments which meant we protected the Space Program. We would go to sea and patrol while the shuttle was on the pad. Nine years ago, on October 24 and 25, my ship was on patrol about 150 miles of the Florida coast. We were cruising at about 500 feet when the submarine started experiencing electronics problems. The ship was malfunctioning, our tanks were blowing out of control, we were losing navigation ability and the communications area was totally lost. We went to all stop and tried to access what was happening. The controls in the reactor area started to malfunction. This presented a serious danger to our safety, so the captain ordered us to shut down the reactor, surface and go to diesel motors. When the ship surfaced I went to my watch station. The ship was still experiencing electronic difficulties but the mechanical devices such as diesel engines, cook stoves, and turbines were fine. It was raining and the entire sky was red like a red neon sign. I saw a large inverted V-shaped UFO off the port side. The executive officer told me to stand fast and he would speak to the captain. In a minute, the captain appeared on the tower and asked me for a distance to the craft. The laser range finder determined the closest point was 200 meters and the farthest point was 1,000 meters off the port. The UFO was not perpendicular to our ship but at about a 45' angle. This huge vessel was over a half mile across. The UFO made a half circle around our ship then passed across the stern causing our electronics systems to go crazy. We had permanent damage in communications and the sonar room. As the craft flew over the stern, I could see the rain stop under its red glow. The water seemed to rise almost a foot as the UFO passed over silently. When the UFO finished its swing across the stern it paused - the sky got brighter red and it simply moved off at tremendous speed inside 15 seconds. When the UFO left our boat returned to normal with the exception of the radio and sonar. We did a quick system check and the captain ordered us to return to reactor power and get underway.
The captain took two petty officers, the executive officer, and myself into the wardroom. He told us to not spread any rumors until we had a chance to talk to Commander Submarine Fleet - Atlantic. We reached port in about 7 hours where I was taken into "protective custody." Two enlisted men and myself agreed we had witnessed a real UFO. I was the one who shot it with a laser range finder so I was the only one that had its exact sizes. I shot that vessel as it hovered and I got solid readings not spotty like I would on debris. We were in holding for about three hours when an officer from the Air Force arrived and gave us a line of bull about an exploding weather satellite. The Navy then transferred virtually everyone on the crew to new assignments. This included the her captain, the executive officer and the entire crew. They were split up which almost never happens unless one of them gets a promotion or a new command, neither of which happened. The military just split up a 4 year team. I was watching a program tonight that gave me the courage to share it.
