This is an interesting but ultimately an ambiguous video - however, it does seem legit (security cameras aid credibility) and it does fit some `facts' about `abductions' - such as the possible nausea of the man just after `returning'.
Also, IF abductions occur in a flash, literally, - that is also of interest and might suggest space-time manipulation IMO.
